Congratulations Eirwyn Walter for being selected as NSPMO Rotary Student of the Year for Mounds Park Academy. Eirwyn is a triple threat in her work in academics, service, and school activities. She has been part of the MPA community since kindergarten. She has been a member of the Gender Spectrum Alliance (GSA) throughout her high school years. She helps to provide a safe space for the LGBQIA communities. She has more than tripled the required service hours with 183 hours. She was accepted into all four colleges she has applied for and wants to go into Architecture.
Sylvia’s Children Update: We have 1,000 children in primary school, 25% of whom are orphans. 87 orphans are in high school and 57 orphans are in college and/or technical school.
